By accessing or using Wealthii, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Wealthii is a personal finance management application that provides:

• Bank account aggregation and transaction tracking
• Brokerage account aggregation
• Net worth tracking and visualization
• Budgeting and spending analysis tools
• AI-powered financial insights
• Subscription management

Wealthii is an informational tool. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or act as a financial advisor.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use multi-factor authentication when prompted
• Only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use the service for lawful purposes only

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) for sensitive operations to protect your financial data.

5. Third-Party Connections

When you connect your bank or brokerage accounts, you authorize us to retrieve your financial data through regulated third-party providers (Plaid, Lean, SnapTrade).

By connecting your accounts, you represent that:

• You own the accounts you are connecting
• You have the authority to share this information with us
• You understand that we will receive transaction and balance data

We never receive or store your banking login credentials. All authentication is handled directly by your financial institution through our secure partners.

You may not use Wealthii to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access accounts you do not own or are not authorized to access
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Interfere with the service or other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes

Wealthii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of financial data
• We are not responsible for delays in data synchronization
• AI-generated insights are informational only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Financial losses based on information displayed in the app
• Interruption of service

By You:

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion:

• Your account and most data will be deleted immediately
• Connected bank/brokerage connections will be disconnected
• UAE transaction data may be retained for 5 years per regulatory requirements

By Us:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. We will provide notice unless immediate action is required for security reasons.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
