For Accountants

Access Client Financials Without Sharing Passwords

Your clients invite you to securely view their bank accounts, transactions, and financial summaries — all categorized and ready for review. No credential sharing, no manual data entry.

Key Features

Everything you need to manage shared finances securely.

Secure Client Data Access

Clients grant you access through a secure invitation — no passwords or bank credentials are ever shared. Each accountant gets their own authenticated session with MFA.

AI-Powered Categorization

Transactions from connected banks are automatically categorized using AI. Review income, expenses, and transfers with smart merchant recognition that saves hours of manual work.

Transaction Export

Export client transactions to CSV for import into QuickBooks, Xero, or any accounting software. Filter by date range, category, or account before exporting.

Subscription & Recurring Detection

AI automatically detects client subscriptions and recurring charges. See all recurring expenses in one place — ideal for tax prep and expense audits.

Multi-Currency Ledger

Clients with international accounts? View transactions in AED, USD, EUR, GBP, and 20+ currencies with automatic real-time conversion for unified reporting.

10,000+ Bank Connections

Real-time data from UAE banks (Emirates NBD, ADCB, FAB, Mashreq), US/Canadian banks via Plaid, plus crypto exchanges and brokerage accounts — no manual statement uploads needed.

Budget & Spending Monitoring

Review client budgets by category, track spending against limits, and see where money goes. Ideal for advising clients on cost reduction and financial planning.

View-Only or Edit Mode

Clients choose whether you can only view their data or also make edits like recategorizing transactions. Permissions can be changed at any time by the client.

Balance Sheet & Net Worth

See client assets vs liabilities with drill-down detail. Track net worth trends over time to support financial planning and year-end reporting.

How It Works

1

Client Sends Invitation

Your client opens their Wealthi AI Settings, goes to Shared Access, and invites you by email. They select 'Accountant' as your role and set your permission level.

2

Accept & Log In

You receive an email with a secure link. Sign up for a free Wealthi AI account (or log in if you already have one) and accept the invitation.

3

View Client Financials

Switch to your client's account from the dashboard header. View their bank accounts, transactions, budgets, and financial summaries — all in real time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way for accountants to access client financial data?

Wealthi AI lets your clients grant you secure, read-only (or edit) access to their financial data. Instead of sharing bank passwords or exporting spreadsheets, clients connect their accounts to Wealthi AI and invite you to view everything — transactions, balances, categorization, and summaries — through your own authenticated login.

Is client data encrypted?

Yes. All data in Wealthi AI is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and in transit. Bank access tokens are encrypted separately. Your session is authenticated independently — client credentials are never exposed to invited users.

What's the difference between view-only and edit access?

View-only access lets you see all client financial data (accounts, transactions, budgets, net worth) but you cannot make any changes. Edit access additionally lets you recategorize transactions, add manual accounts, and manage data on the client's behalf. The client chooses and can change this at any time.

Can I access multiple clients' accounts?

Yes. Each client invites you separately, and you can switch between client accounts using the dropdown in the dashboard header. There's no limit to how many client invitations you can accept.

Does Wealthi AI replace my accounting software?

No. Wealthi AI complements your existing tools by giving you real-time visibility into client bank accounts, spending patterns, and financial summaries. Use it alongside QuickBooks, Xero, or any other accounting software to reduce the back-and-forth of requesting bank statements and transaction data from clients.
